Purchase includes 1 Volksgarden® housed in a custom dedicated growing facility called a Farmdominium®. Your garden is operated for you by a trained technician, and an internet live feed is provided for monitoring your garden's progress as part of the purchase.

You receive one third of the yield from the garden in perpetuity (The Food For Life Systems™). One third of the yield goes to the operating technician and the remaining third covers operational expenses for the mobile Farmdominium® unit such as insurance, fuel, electrical power, marketing, etc. This program ensures the ongoing operations of 'The Food For Live Systems'™.

Each Farmdominium® is a custom manufactured system and comes online within 6 months of your purchase with your own dedicated internet address. Your proceeds can be collected in a number of ways from fresh produce to direct deposits to your account.

This program is new to the marketplace however it can be compared to the purchase of a Condominium combined with a property manager. You receive your percentage of your garden's yield in perpetuity as long as you participate in 'The Food For Life Systems'™' program. You have no further expenses or other inputs such as labor.

If at some time you wish to end this relationship you can sell your title to your garden/s, or receive the equal value from Omega Garden Inc. of stand alone garden systems (3 Volksgarden® Supra™ models) FOB our Winnipeg, Manitoba facilities.

The Omega Garden™ SuperContainer Farm is built using fully insulated standard High Cube shipping containers - 3 x 40' - fitted out with 120 Omega Garden™ Rotary Modules. With a footprint of just 960 sq. ft., the internal surface growing area is 2280 sq ft, equivalent to CA$442 / US$355 per sq ft of surface growing area.

The Container Farm building height is 9' 6" (standard High Cube shipping container dimensions), and the energy requirements are between 15 to 30 kW constant, depending on lighting configurations. The on-site assembly time is approximately 2-4 days.

The container's interior surfaces are easy to clean and sterilize. This is High Performance Farming for harsh climates in both urban and remote areas.
